Education and networking spaces that we will be using will be located within the Grand Ballroom on the Lobby Level and the Harbor & Seaport Ballrooms on the 2nd Level. You will have an opportunity to download the conference mobile app about a week prior to your arrival. Within the app, we will have a maps section that will have all the dedicated spaces outlined.
OMA has a discounted hotel rate of $354/night (The rate is comprised of a $319 room rate plus current taxes and fees).
This limited quantity of discounted rooms are available until March 9, 2026 or until all the rooms are full, whichever comes first. If the discounted rate is no longer available, the hotel may still offer availability at a different rate.
Cancellations more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 72 hours or less prior to arrival are forfeit one night’s fee.
